About us
A small, focused practice for the systems businesses run on.
CodeLath Tech Inc provides consulting and development services for enterprise information systems. We help organizations map their processes, plan the right system architecture, and build, integrate, and maintain the software their teams rely on every day. Our work is delivered through a structured, transparent engagement model with clear scopes, documentation, and secure handling of client data.
Who we serve
We work with small and mid-sized organizations, and with departments inside larger ones, that depend on information systems to run operations, finance, administration and reporting.
Our clients usually have a clear business need but limited internal capacity to plan or build the right system. Some need an outside perspective on their architecture; others need a dependable team to deliver a defined project.
CodeLath Tech Inc is registered in the State of California, United States, and works with clients remotely.
We would rather recommend a simpler solution that works than a complex one that impresses.
Why clients can trust us
Understand before building
We spend time with the people who use a system every day. Requirements come from real work, not assumptions.
Plain language, written down
Scopes, decisions and progress are documented in language non-technical stakeholders can follow.
Client ownership
Source code, documentation and data belong to you. We build so your team can maintain the result without depending on us.
Careful with information
Access to client data is limited, purposeful and removed when it is no longer needed.
Our commitments
- A written proposal with scope and deliverables before work starts.
- Regular progress updates and a named point of contact throughout the engagement.
- Honest advice, including telling you when an off-the-shelf tool fits better than custom work.
- Complete documentation and handover at the end of every project.
